Optima Design
Optima Design is a fully integrated high-deductible health plan linked with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). The plan combines the control and cost-saving strategies employers are looking for, with the quality medical care their employees seek.
Employers and employees benefit from the simplicity of a fully integrated health plan and funding option, and typically have lower premiums. An added benefit for employees is that the employer makes contributions to help offset out-of-pocket expenses.
Optima Equity
Optima Equity combines a fully integrated IRS-qualified high-deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Employers who offer Optima Equity provide their employees with a quality health plan that’s affordable, and they also give members the opportunity to build their health savings account with the money they save.
